If you purchase the next property with me where I will be representing you in the purchase transaction my office will cut you a rebate check for working with me. To qualify for the rebate I will have to be the “procuring cause” in the purchasing transaction of your new home meaning:
1. I have to schedule showing appointment for you to see that property
2. I have to be the first agent who showed you the property you want to make an offer for
3. I have to help you to write an offer for that property and represent you in the purchasing transaction until closing

Below there is a break down for rebate checks:

Selling price $150,000 to $200,000 rebate check = $400
Selling price $200,001 to $300,000 rebate check = $600
Selling price $300,001 to $400,000 rebate check = $800
Selling price $400,001 to $500,000 rebate check = $1000
Selling price $500,001 to $600,000 rebate check = $1200
Selling price $600,001 to $700,000 rebate check = $1400
Selling price $700,001 to $800,000 rebate check = $1600
Selling price $800,001 to $900,000 rebate check = $1800
Selling price $900,001 to $1,000,000 rebate check = $2000
Selling price $1,000,001 to $1,500,000 rebate check = $2500
Selling price $1,500,001 to $2,000,000 rebate check = $3000
Selling price above $200,001 rebate check = $4000
